Email Communications
If you choose to receive email communications from Emily, your email address and communication preferences may be stored and processed by the email or customer-management services used to deliver those communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe or preference-management option included in the email or by contacting Emily directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending service-related communications, such as messages about an order, request, transaction, customer-service matter, or other communication necessary to respond to something you have requested.
Text Message Communications
Emily offers optional text-message communications for Norwex and Zyia Activewear updates.
When you sign up for text messages, you may provide your phone number and select the types of communications you would like to receive. Your phone number and text-message consent/preferences may be processed through our SMS messaging provider, Project Broadcast, which provides the technology used to send these messages. Project Broadcast states that mobile phone numbers and messaging consent data are processed on behalf of senders to deliver opted-in messages and are not shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Project Broadcast’s current messaging terms likewise provide for STOP and HELP opt-out/help mechanisms.
Opting out of marketing text messages does not prevent us from communicating with you about an existing customer-service matter, order, transaction, or other communication that does not require marketing consent, where permitted by applicable law.
